What to expect at the studio in the near future.

Updated: May 24

You better believe here at Salt Of The Earth Yoga we will do whatever it takes to allow our community to feel safe and comfortable. I along with all practitioners who attend classes in the near future will be wearing masks to protect one another most of all, but to also provide a PEACE of mind. We will follow all recommendations by the professionals and continue to practice cleanliness and social distancing.

Our community is very diverse and ranges from essential workers, immune compromised, and physically disabled. I am so humbled to be of service during this time of uncertainty and fear. Yoga brings me peace and comfort especially when I am experiencing anxiety and confusion and I hope it does for you too.

We are preparing to take our practice outside (weather permitting) behind the studio space with plenty of room to spread out on our mats. Classes will be limited to attendance for comfort. We will also be holding classes indoors limited to 4 people in our practice room that is plenty ventilated and has a state of the art air purifier.

Not comfortable coming in when we get the go ahead to reopen? Thats OK!! We will still be using our online platform and will LIVE STREAM each class!

I hope you are all doing well and I look forward to seeing you from a distance in the near future. Stay safe. Peace. Lauren
