Class Focus: Balance, Flexibility, Strength, Breathing
This class focuses on building a solid foundation in basic yoga poses and is appropriate for those who are new to the yoga practice, or looking to refine their practice. Great midday reset!
Like all of our classes, the mood is light, the musics good and the people are welcoming.
*Calling all shift workers!
Candlelight Yin Yoga
Class Focus: Release, Meditation, Flexibility.
This is a YIN Yoga infused class. In YIN Yoga, floor postures are held passively from 3-5 minutes in order to access a safe and positive stress on the deep layers of connective tissue and joints in the body.
YIN is inspired by Chinese Medicine.
Recommended for those seeking a slow, yet intense practice.
*Modifications are always available.
Rise & Energize
Class Focus: Balance, Breathing, Strength.
This is a more traditional Hatha Yoga based practice. In this class we work on building muscle strength, stamina and flexibility. We also invite the mind to calm down by synchronizing movement to breath.
Rise & Energize is a more active practice with rhythm and repetition.
Recommended for those seeking more energy.
Class Focus: Mobility, Balance, Healing.
Not everyone can get up and down off the floor, which can make traditional yoga classes difficult.
With the help of a chair anyone can practice yoga with the same benefits of increased circulation, balance, flexibility, mobility and strength.
Chair Yoga is recommended for those with arthritis, osteoporosis, cancer recovery, neurological disorders, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple sclerosis, post-op rehabilitation, and others with limited mobility.
Chair yoga is also a great way to practice yoga in your office clothes, while you’re sitting at home, or waiting in your car for soccer practice to end!

This is a great practice to help wind down after a busy day.
