a season of reflection, release, and renewal, with this deeply immersive retreat designed to align your body and spirit with nature’s changing rhythms.
As the leaves fall and the air turns crisp, join us for an unforgettable weekend that blends the wisdom of yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), offering a holistic experience tailored to the energy of Autumn.
This intimate, customized retreat is limited to 8 participants.
What to expect:

Yoga for Autumn
Each day will begin and end with a yoga practice that mirrors the essence of the season.
Morning sessions will awaken your energy with traditional infusions of Hatha Yoga, cultivating warmth and flexibility, while evening practices will focus on restorative and Yin yoga, encouraging deep release and introspection.
Special attention will be given to breathwork and pranayama, helping you connect with the lungs, the organ TCM associates with autumn and the Metal element.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Lecture with Journaling
Delve into the ancient healing practices of TCM and discover how its principles align with the natural cycles of autumn.
You’ll learn how to support your immune system, enhance lung function, and boost emotional well-being through seasonal herbs, acupressure techniques, and diet.
Explore the importance of letting go, both physically and emotionally, as the Metal element encourages clarity, organization, and the release of what no longer serves you.

Nature Immersion and Seasonal Wisdom
Autumn’s energy calls us to reconnect with the earth and simplify our lives. Mindful nature walk, Cold Plunge (optional) Bonfire, journaling sessions, sound healing and meditative practices will guide you to reflect on the transitions occurring within yourself and your environment.
You’ll learn to harness the powerful lessons of this season—finding beauty in impermanence and grounding yourself for the colder months ahead.

Nourishing Seasonal Cuisine
Enjoy nourishing meals inspired by the harvest, featuring seasonal produce designed to strengthen the body’s energy and immunity.

Why Autumn?
Autumn is the season of change, when nature invites us to release the old and prepare for the new.
In TCM, it represents the Metal element, which governs structure, purity, and introspection. By aligning your practice with these energies, you’ll leave the retreat feeling more grounded, rejuvenated, and equipped with the tools to stay balanced during this transitional time of year.
This retreat offers you the space to pause, reflect, and harmonize with the rhythms of nature, guiding you through a journey of self-discovery and inner balance that will carry you gracefully into the winter months.
