We offer special Yoga classes for those in treatment.

We are proudly affiliated with Mondays Cancer Care Services.

Classes are FREE and are offered the THIRD Monday of every month at 11:30am.

Lauren, who is the instructor and founder of SOTEY, is extremely knowledgable and certified to teach Yoga for cancer patients.

She is also trained in Yoga for Lymphatics with Yoga Medicine.

 

Class is accessible for all as we use the support of a chair and yoga mat for stability.

Acupuncture is also offered by Dr. Dana Adamkiewicz halfway through the session.
