beginner-friendly atmosphere, and an accessible and
individualized yoga practice. We keep it basic by bringing health
and wellness needs to the community through yoga and other

Specialized Yoga for the “hard working people” include yoga classes for:
Civil Service Workers
Veterans/ Active Military including incl. those with PTSD and Trauma
Pregnant Women and Young Mothers
Adults/children with learning and physical disabilities
Adults/children in recovery

Requirements for attending Outdoor Classes at the studio:
We ask that you take these safety guidelines seriously. Lets take care of each other and ourselves.
We're doing great in NY! Lets keep it that way!
Masks must be worn upon arrival, while setting up your space, and leaving. You may remove your mask once you have settled in.
Please do not attend if you have any symptoms of COVID (coughing, sore throat, fever etc.) or have been in contact with anyone in the last 2 weeks of those symptoms or diagnosis.
Please do not attend if you have been to any of these states within the last 2 weeks: Texas, S. Carolina, N. Carolina, Georgia, Florida, California, Arizona, Alabama, W. Virginia, Illinois or any other hot spot states.
Spaces will be marked at a more than 6 ft distance to assure safety and comfortability.
Please bring all of your own props, mats etc. as we will not have studio props available.
Bring water, sunscreen, bug spray or anything you may want for the outdoors.
Bathroom will be accessible. 1 person may enter the building at a time.
Hand sanitizer will be readily available for anyone that needs.
Pre Registration is required for all outdoor classes as there is limited space. Please register at least 1 hour ahead of the scheduled class. You can book your class here.
