Salt is one of the earth’s most basic minerals and it connects us
to our humble beginnings. In the same way, our community
heals, connects and grounds us. We are made up of all groups
of people; hard working or disabled, prosperous or struggling;
we are all connected by the basic elements that make us

Yoga with the Smithtown Soccer Club
Salt of the Earth Yoga strives to provide a welcoming,
beginner-friendly atmosphere, and an accessible and
individualized yoga practice. We keep it basic by bringing health
and wellness needs to the community through yoga and other
We are dedicated to sharing this
ancient practice, as well as other ancient healing traditions,
with all communities and the hard working people who are the
“salt of the earth.”
Specialized Yoga for the “hard working people” include yoga classes for:
Civil Service Workers
Veterans/ Active Military including incl. those with PTSD and Trauma
Pregnant Women and Young Mothers
Adults/children with learning and physical disabilities
Adults/children in recovery
Who We Serve
Requirements for attending Outdoor Classes at the studio:
Masks must be worn upon arrival, while setting up your space, and leaving. You may remove your mask once you have settled in.
Spaces will be marked at a more than 6 ft distance to assure safety and comfortability.
Please bring all of your own props, mats etc. as we will not have studio props available.
Bring water, sunscreen, bug spray or anything you may want for the outdoors.
Bathroom will be accessible. 1 person may enter the building at a time.
Hand sanitizer will be readily available for anyone that needs.
Pre Registration is required for all outdoor classes as there is limited space. Please register at least 1 hour ahead of the scheduled class. You can book your class here.
